It has been a pleasure to work with Cynde both in the design and implementation of a joint leadership program for the CHLA-USC Keck Medicine Leadership Academy where we trained 130 high potential leaders to date and the program is continuing into its fourth year. Cynde was instrumental in setting the core curriculum, designing coaching, and recommending industry experts to speak in each of the areas of focus for development.
